Some time ago a maths teacher told me about an amazing program — Stellarium.

It’s a free, open source program (which describes a lot of cool software, it seems) that shows the sky for almost any location imaginable – even other planets and their moons. You can also set the time, and turn a bunch of other things on/off, like the atmosphere (for a clearer view). I’ve used it to spot the ISS a few times, too. It’s only visible for a few minutes, but pretty clear.
